The Wise Men had heard about the work of our wonderful MSC Mission Action Group and the 1000s of dollars they raise each year for clean water projects overseas.
The Christmas gingerbread houses are a wonderful exercise in community and generosity and over 30 parishioners helped to make 102 of them today.
“We know what a terrible thing it is to not have water“, said Gaspar, “and these gingerbread houses look amazing.”
Orders are available for collection at the MSC table after all masses this weekend along with many other lovely Christmas items. The next MSC fundraiser will be the water bottles “Small Change for a Big Change” in January 2020. #mscmissions
